NZ Month

September, 2010

September 2010 marks a year until the start of the 2011 Rugby World Cup to be held across the Tasman in New Zealand.  To celebrate this auspicious time, New Zealand intends to take over Sydney.  NZ Trade and Enterprise and New Zealand Winegrowers (the national industry body for NZ wine) invite Sydney to be a part of their very own ‘FIRST XV’.

This FIRST XV is a hand-picked selection of Sydney’s best restaurants.  Their brief; to showcase the best of New Zealand produce and wine – creating a New Zealand sourced dish matched with a New Zealand wine by the glass.

At Restaurant Atelier, we created a whole menu of New Zealand sourced produce and wine!
